These draft terms are included to make the MVP transparent. They should be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before public launch.
What a purchase provides
A completed purchase grants the purchasing account the exclusive use of the selected RANKED° number within this service, together with access to the associated owner profile and wall placement, subject to these terms and moderation rules.
What it does not provide
A purchase does not transfer ownership of the internet, domain names, trademarks, third-party intellectual property, securities, cryptocurrency or any financial asset. No future resale value or return is promised.
Service duration
RANKED° intends to operate the service on an ongoing basis, but no online service can guarantee perpetual operation. Public launch terms should define service continuity, refunds, cancellation and shutdown handling in detail.
Content
Owners remain responsible for content and links they submit. RANKED° may reject or remove unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or inappropriate content.
Payments
Production payments are intended to be processed by Stripe. Tax, refund and consumer-rights wording must be finalised for the jurisdictions in which the service is sold.
